Welcome to the Whispers From The Void Podcast. We know it’s been a few weeks but here’s the episode 39 and we achieve a bit of a milestone. This episode is the 10th Talks With The Void and for this one, we invited Drew Stevens, the head brewer and co-partner of Kahnawake Brewing Company. We talked about opening a brewery on a Mohawk territory (Kahnawke is a native land so it’s very different than opening in another city of the province), the day of a brewer, his participation in Vox&Hops Brewtal North America, making a ‘’real’’ non-alcoholic beer and what weird stuff we could put in a beer.
