Welcome to the Whispers From The Void Podcast. We know it’s been a few weeks but here’s the episode 39 and we achieve a bit of a milestone. This episode is the 10th Talks With The Void and for this one, we invited Drew Stevens, the head brewer and co-partner of Kahnawake Brewing Company. We talked about opening a brewery on a Mohawk territory (Kahnawke is a native land so it’s very different than opening in another city of the province), the day of a brewer, his participation in Vox&Hops Brewtal North America, making a ‘’real’’ non-alcoholic beer and what weird stuff we could put in a beer. Get ready with some beers cuz this episode is epic! Enjoy!!
During this episode, Evan and Phil drank some Kahnawake brews, which are the hazy pale ale called ‘’Alright! Alright! Alright!’’, the pilsner called ‘’Blind Lady’s Pils’’ and the Brewtal North America x Cryptopsy, the Blood orange Double NEIPA called ‘’Cold Haze Warm Blood’’. On his side, Drew drank the IPA called ‘’Wolfe’s Neck’’ by Maine Beer Company.

We are Evan and Phil, 2Vitesses for the intimates. We are from two differents countries (Evan is in Massachusetts, USA and Phil is in Québec, Canada). We are two guys from different backgrounds but with 2 things that link us: metal music and beer.
